Breakfast:
Choose a Bariatricity hot drink (high protein hot chocolate or cappuccino drink mix) OR a healthy protein shake (strawberry, chocolate, or vanilla).
Mid-morning snack:
Choose between high-protein drink mix (hot chocolate or cappuccino drink mix) or healthy protein shake (strawberry, chocolate, or vanilla).
Lunch:
4 ounces lean protein, unlimited non-starchy veggies, 1 tsp butter.
Snack:
Choose between variety soup pack, protein bar (fluffy nutter protein bar, fluffy vanilla crisp protein bar, or salted toffee pretzel protein bar), or peanut and caramel soy crunchy snack.
Dinner:
4 ounces lean protein, unlimited non-starchy veggies, 1 tsp butter.
Dessert:
Protein wafers (vanilla or chocolate).
